Piste Bureau LLC is a booking coordinator, not the operator of any lift, hotel or transfer vehicle. Send the trip shape and we return a comparison table with itemised costs per person.

Preselect a destination
If a resort already caught your eye, name it on the enquiry form. Otherwise start from the comparison matrix, or read the destination dossiers and quote the dossier label back to us.

Every figure we quote carries a dateline and a source line, as the tables do. Where mountain conditions shift, we say so and re-check with the resort office before anything is confirmed.

What happens after you send the form

Enquiries are read by the desk in Lviv, Monday to Saturday. A written acknowledgement goes to the email address you give us within one business day, and a written quote follows within two business days where the request covers destinations we compare.

The quote is a working document, not a booking confirmation. It lists each cost line so you can see where the money sits, and it stays open for seven calendar days from the day it is issued.

Acknowledgement
Within 1 business day, Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 EET.
Written quote
2 business days after the acknowledgement for a single destination. 3 business days when the enquiry spans more than three destinations or mixes lodging bands.
What the quote holds
An itemised build-up covering lodging band, road transfer, lift pass, and the agency coordination fee, ending in a total per person, with a separate Not included list underneath.
Validity
Quoted figures are held for 7 calendar days from the issue date. After that the desk re-checks resort office rates before reissuing.
Changes after issue
Any change to a quoted figure is sent to you in writing with the reason stated before anything is booked.
If we cannot help
You receive a written reply explaining why, and no quote is issued. We do not forward the enquiry elsewhere without asking you first.
