Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope and law

This policy forms part of our public offer for orders and bookings on musicstgream.com. It does not limit mandatory rights under Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII and Закон України «Про електронну комерцію» № 675-VIII.

2. Cancellation

Cancel by email at contact@musicstgream.com or phone +380 936 615 4476 with your order number. Before payment we provide clear information on the service, price, booking conditions and complaint procedure, including any lawful cancellation fee. Statutory rights apply; for made-to-order or started services, cancellation may be limited and this is explained before you pay.

3. Refunds and fees

If we cancel or do not provide a paid service, we refund the amount for the unprovided service to the original payment method within the legal period. We do not charge unlawful fees. Any permitted fee is disclosed before the contract and is not deducted where law requires a full refund.

4. Tourist services

For tourist services, the booking confirmation states whether musicstgream.com is a tour operator or travel agent/intermediary and names the principal tour operator. Key travel terms, cancellation rules and any financial protection are in the booking documents under Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР.

5. Complaints

Send complaints to contact@musicstgream.com or +380 936 615 4476 with your order number, date and issue. We handle complaints within the legal period. You may also contact Держпродспоживслужба for consumer-protection assistance.
