Booking Terms

1. Travel desk identity

We act as a travel agent (intermediary), not as a tour operator. Each booking is made with the principal tour operator named in the individual offer, whose key travel terms are shown to you before confirmation (Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР).

2. Enquiries and booking coordination

An enquiry is not a reservation. We check availability with the principal, then send you a written offer. A contract arises only when you accept that offer, we confirm the booking in writing and the required payment is received.

3. Prices, taxes and mandatory fees

The total price includes all taxes and mandatory fees known at the time of the offer, including our service fee, resort or city taxes and compulsory insurance where applicable. Optional extras are itemised separately. Prices are shown in the currency of the offer and are not increased after confirmation, except for published surcharges imposed by the principal.

4. Availability

Availability is dynamic and confirmed at the moment of booking. If the selected service is no longer available, we offer a comparable alternative or refund the amounts paid to us in full.

5. Payment

Deposits and balance deadlines are stated in the offer. We issue a receipt for every payment. Card payments are processed by a licensed payment provider; we never store full card details.

6. Changes and cancellation

Change and cancellation rules of the named principal apply and are disclosed before you confirm. Requests must be sent in writing to contact@musicstgream.com. Where the principal charges a fee, it is passed on at cost and itemised for you.

7. Complaints and consumer rights

Send complaints to contact@musicstgream.com or +380 936 615 4476; we reply within 30 days. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba). Pre-contract information on services, prices, booking conditions and this complaint procedure is provided before you book (Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» № 1023-XII).
