For tourist services we act as travel agent/intermediary and name the tour operator and key travel terms in the offer (Закон України «Про туризм» № 324/95-ВР).

Enquiries: up to 12 months after last contact. Contract and accounting records: 3 years or the statutory term. Analytics: up to 12 months.

6. Sharing

We share data with hosting, email and analytics processors and with the tour operator or suppliers needed to fulfil your booking, under confidentiality terms. We do not sell personal data.
