1. Organiser identity and status

Packages on this site are organised and sold by musicstgream.com (LLC), 15 Rynok Square, Lviv, 79000, Ukraine; EDRPOU code 58365615; contact@musicstgream.com; +380 936 615 4476. Managing Director: David Meyer.

musicstgream.com is the organiser (tour operator) unless an offer states otherwise. Where we act only as intermediary (travel agent), the offer names the principal tour operator responsible for the package.

2. Before you book

Before the contract we give you, clearly and in good time: itinerary and destination, total price with taxes and fees, payment schedule, booking, change and cancellation conditions, and the complaint procedure. These terms stay available after booking.

3. Price, changes and cancellation

The binding price is the one shown at booking. We may change the price only where the contract allows it, and we notify you first. If essential terms change, you may accept or withdraw without a cancellation fee. Cancellation fees follow the contract schedule; refunds go to the original payment method.

4. Financial protection

Where Ukrainian package travel rules require insolvency protection, it is provided as stated in the individual offer and contract. Ask us for current details before paying.

5. Complaints

Write to contact@musicstgream.com or call +380 936 615 4476; we reply within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may be referred to Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba (State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection) or to a court.
